Muraco Cares

The Student Council would like to remind everyone that Friday, May 29th, is the last day to donate books for Pages from Patrick.  As part of our Pages from Patrick project there will be an all-school Reading Day on Wednesday, May 27th. Each classroom will spend an hour celebrating reading, and the Student Council is encouraging everyone to donate a new book on this day.

Pages From Patrick promotes literacy by supporting the Freedom School Program. The mission of this organization is to instill a love of reading in children.  The Freedom School Program provides after school and summer enrichment programs to children in need, and most importantly, puts books in the hands of children who don’t have easy access to them.

Our donations will make a difference for many children.  We appreciate your support!
